INTRODUCTION

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat them confidentially and in accordance with both the statutory data protection regulations and this Data Protection Declaration. This declaration explains which data we process, what we use them for, and which claims as well as rights you are entitled to under the data protection regulations.

You have the right to receive information, free of charge and at any time, about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data.

You also have the right to demand the correction of inaccurate data, the limitation of the processing of too extensively processed data, and the blocking or deletion of data that has been processed unlawfully or stored for too long, insofar as not opposed by any statutory requirement to preserve records or other requirements pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, Datenschutz-Grundverordnung/DSGVO). PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

There is no legal obligation to provide your personal data. Without the provision of necessary personal data, however, the conclusion, implementation, fulfillment, and execution of a project contract is not possible. Of course, you only have to provide us with personal data if we need it for the aforementioned purposes or are legally obliged to process and store it.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON PASSING ON PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Solely for the purpose of fulfilling projects, the following personal data may be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary:

  • first and last name of your contact partners;
  • email addresses;
  • phone numbers.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY US

To handle projects, we usually process in particular the following personal data of the contact partners:

  • first and last name;
  • email addresses;
  • gender;
  • date and place of birth;
  • postal address;
  • phone numbers (fixed network and/or mobile communication);
  • personal data such as bank details, tax numbers, and booking numbers as well as other accounting-relevant data of natural persons.

PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

We process your personal data in order to implement, execute, and fulfil our project contracts with you, to execute your orders, and to implement measures as well as services within the scope of pre-contractual relations (for example with interested persons). This is done in particular in order to provide our services to you and to communicate with you. Furthermore, data is processed for project-related purposes of information (creation of project members lists and provision of information on secure platforms for an exchange between the project members), invoicing, controlling, reporting, and managing as well as optimising business processes.

This personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Under certain circumstances, we process your personal data – in particular your first and last name, your date of birth, and your email address – in order to safeguard our legitimate interests. This is done mainly for the purpose of direct advertising and marketing, in order to communicate with you as a potential business contact and inform you about our activities as well as news.

This personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The processing of personal data is lawful according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR, insofar as they are necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the responsible body or of a third party is, given they are not outweighed by the interests or fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person in question which require the protection of personal data. Our legitimate interest lies in addressing and maintaining business contacts in order to inform them about activities and news from us, i.e. direct advertising and marketing.

DURATION OF THE DATA STORAGE

We process and save your personal data within the scope of our business relationship in order to arrange project contracts (pre-contractual legal relationship) and/or to execute as well as fulfill project contracts according to tax and sales law as well as to business-related safekeeping and documentation obligations for the time periods mentioned there.
